This thread type is difficult to machine, making it suitable for high sealing and durability applications. Custom Precision Mold Punch Made of CPM 10V Designed with an extremely small geometry and demanding micro-machining requirements. The component requires an exceptionally flat surface, with very fine and fragile top platform features, while the cutting surface must remain continuous — making EDM unsuitable. The part is fully machined using high-speed CNC milling to achieve smooth surfaces, high stability, and long service life, and is finished with titanium nitride (TiN) coating to enhance wear resistance and durability in production use.
